2. Tour Schedule & Itinerary

• The tour operates according to the itinerary confirmed at the time of booking.

• The order of island visits and activities may change due to weather, sea conditions, tides, national park regulations, local restrictions, or operational requirements.

• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary for passenger safety.

3. Big Boat Transportation

• The tour is operated using a big boat or similar vessel as specified in the selected package.

• Boat type, departure point, and route may vary depending on operational requirements.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain, crew, and tour guide.

• Boat travel may involve movement, waves, wind, and sea spray.

4. Phi Phi Islands & National Park Areas

• Access to individual islands, beaches, bays, or viewpoints is subject to local regulations, national park requirements, weather, tides, and sea conditions.

• Certain locations may be temporarily closed or restricted for environmental protection, safety, or operational reasons.

• Alternative sightseeing locations may be provided where possible.

5. Swimming & Snorkeling

• Swimming and snorkeling are included only where specifically stated in the selected package.

• Activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, tides, safety requirements, and operator availability.

• Guests must follow all instructions issued by the guide and activity staff.

• Guests participate in water activities at their own responsibility and should use provided safety equipment where required.

6. Lunch

• Guests may be offered a Local or International lunch according to the selected booking option.

• Menu items are subject to availability and may vary.

• Guests with food allergies or dietary requirements should inform HolidayKart at the time of booking.

7. Hotel Transfers

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included only where specifically stated in the selected package.

• Pick-up times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, and operational requirements.

• Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up location and time.

8. Weather & Sea Conditions

• The tour operates subject to suitable weather and sea conditions.

• The operator may modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel activities where necessary for passenger safety.

• Changes made due to safety, weather, or operational requirements do not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must carry their booking voucher or confirmation.

• Guests must follow instructions issued by the guide, captain, crew, and activity operators.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the tour.

• Guests should inform the operator of any relevant medical conditions or mobility limitations before participating in water activities.

10. Children & Infants

• Children and infants are subject to the applicable tour operator's age, height, safety, and ticketing requirements.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the tour.

• Please refer to the separate Child & Infant Policy for detailed conditions.

11. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including passports, mobile phones, cameras, wallets, and valuables.

• HolidayKart and the tour operator are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

12. Liability

• HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for the Phi Phi Island tour and services included in the selected package.

• HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, traffic, weather conditions, sea conditions, itinerary changes, national park restrictions, boat delays, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable tour operator's policy.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Tour

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up location.

• No refund will be provided for guests who are unavailable at the confirmed pick-up time.

• No refund will be provided for guests who miss the tour due to late arrival.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure and are subject to availability and approval by the tour operator.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Weather & Sea Conditions

If the tour operator modifies, postpones, or cancels the tour due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, tides, national park restrictions, government regulations, or other safety-related circumstances, HolidayKart will assist with the rescheduling or refund option offered by the tour operator.

6. Itinerary Changes

Changes to the sightseeing sequence, island stops, beach visits, snorkeling locations, swimming opportunities, or tour duration due to weather, tides, environmental restrictions, safety, or operational requirements do not automatically qualify for a full refund where the tour operates.

7. National Park & Environmental Restrictions

If access to a particular island, beach, bay, or marine area is restricted by local authorities or national park officials, the operator may provide an alternative itinerary where possible.

Such changes do not automatically qualify for a full refund.

8. Water Activities

If snorkeling, swimming, or another included activity is unavailable due to weather or safety conditions, the tour may continue with an adjusted itinerary where possible. This does not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Lunch

Changes to the Local or International lunch menu, individual dishes, or meal arrangements due to availability or operational reasons do not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

11. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or tour voucher will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or tour-operator-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
